So this reviews is going to tell you everything you need to know about Shein....1) Always check the measurements for each article of clothing. Ensures you are getting the correct size.2) More expensive items are more likely to be like the picture. Don't bet on a £1 phone case.3) Look at the stretch factor and whether it's a skinny, regular or loose/oversized fit.4) Always take the shipping guarantee.5) Use Klarna for security5) Look at reviews- and photos too6) Make sure you really do like the products before buying- helps avoid refunds.Hope this helps :)
Ordered twice now from shein. Honestly can’t fault them. My only advice is to read measurements on each item! That way you can’t go wrong. My second order took 6 days to get to me which is insane because I live in the UK! I ordered on Monday afternoon and it arrived Saturday morning! My first order took 2 weeks but that’s completely expected because of the distance and they kept me updated with tracking. Accessories are a bit of a miss, I’ve bought 2 bags that look kinda cheap but what can you expect when they’re under £5!! Also managed to find some flares that actually fit me for once! Was over the moon

If you received the items, then no need to complain...lucky you.
But if you don't receive your items like me n it's damaged in transit, it's impossible to get hold of customer service as it's non existence! They don't refund and don't replace. They rob your money.
It was my first order and definitely last.
Stay away from the company. It's cheap products to attract you but if you have problems, you will never get hold of them. There is only a ROBOT chat online which goes around in circles and you never get the problem resolved.
So frustrating and disappointing.
My goods were damaged in transit. Evri tells me to contact Shein directly...but how?!? AVOID this company.
Tip for consumers:
Check that customer service really exist before placing any orders incase you have any problems.
SHEIN is not UK based which is huge negative point when you have a problem, especially if their customer service is non existent.
Initially, I read the previous negative reviews and was hesitant about ordering, but I just took the risk of ordering from this company cos the goods were cheap.....what a big mistake.

None as I didn't receive any items as they were damaged in transit by Evri.

I ordered several times at SHEIN. Some items are poorly sewn, the sizes are sometimes different than stated on the website and I got some items which I have not ordered instead of the ordered ones recently. The later happened several times. It takes me each time hours of taking pictures and describing everything to them and then to reply (after up to 48 hours) to their messages. As a disabled person it is very difficult for me to post something which has been send wrongly or faulty back to SHEIN. I am an online shopper for the reason of first of all NOT having to go to shops with a disability. In one order of 3 items one item has not been send and two were of a very poor quality. I reported it to SHEIN and they expect me to send an item back as a disabled person to get the full refund. Although I have not made the mistake of sending faulty or wrong items.
I have tried and tried to get the returns address to send items back

Was a little concerned when my granddaughter asked for some clothes from here because of past experiences with other companies but was really pleased with all the stuff and have had several things since ?
I recently completed a mini haul on SHEIN and found such a beautiful bag (see attached)! The pearl detailing is gorgeous! The price was £13.49 and I definitely think I got a lot for my money. The bag can be worn two ways, as a grab bag, using the pearl handle or as a cross body/shoulder bag using the gold chain that is detachable. To be honest I always find SHEIN's bags to be so lovely and always worth the money. There is always the concern that buying a bag lower in price might mean you end up with a bag that just falls apart or has really low quality, but I think SHEIN get the balance right. You can always get a cute bag without having to spend loads.
I ordered a Brown Skirt from this site. Product took 3 weeks to arrive. The skirt material was weak and didn't look like the photo on the site.
Personally was nervous after reading reviews BUT ordered twice items are really lovely, ok not top quality but what Do you expect for that price. Tried to return one item and was told to keep item and refund was “on the house” can’t be bad!!!
overall it is a good website for clothes,the style is nice,it is affordable but i think that there should be smaller sizes or kids sizes in the adults clothes

29 days after placing order goods have still not been delivered. Please avoid this company as they take payment but never deliver the goods. As for customer service it is non existent.
